Lifetime Service is good for as long as the current owners/management are in place and supplying picks. We don't plan on going anywhere anytime soon, but no one can predict the future with any kind of certainty. So to address this issue fairly all LIFETIME service plans come with a ONE YEAR service guarantee. If you have purchased a LIFEITME service package and Picksnetwork.com has change owners or something unforeseen has happened in which Picksnetwork.com is at fault and can no longer supply you with picks, then you'll be issued a pro-rated refund on a ONE YEAR basis. This Refund Policy is for those who actually paid the retail price of $2,999.00 for LIFETIME Service. If you were giving LIFETIME service as a courtesy or as part of a special price and/or promotion, NO REFUNDS will be issued.SHARING PICKS NOT PERMITTED:
Unless you’re a LIFETIME RESELLER, sharing or reselling of our picks is not permitted in any way, shape or form. If we find this to be the case, service will be terminated and all service fees will be forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS!LIFETIME RESELLERS POLICY:
A. Lifetime Resellers are only allowed to sell picks through their Reseller Website that’s created for them by Picksnetwork.com and all payments must be accepted through the sites PayPal order form for the automatic login system to work properly. We will NOT manually create usernames and passwords for customers, which is why this is very important.
B. We are NOT responsible for keeping customers loyal to your particular Reseller Site. If a customer purchases service from your site and then purchases service from either Picksnetwork.com or another one of its Reseller Sites, there's nothing we can do about it. This is why we highly recommend you keep in touch with your customers via email.
C. Lifetime Resellers are NOT allowed to share or post picks from the PicksNetwork.com Global Login page ANYWHERE. If we find out any Reseller Site is sharing or posting picks from the Picksnetwork.com Global Login page on any forum or other kind of outlet, your service & site will be terminated and all fees paid will be forfeited. NO EXCEPTIONS! So if you're going to post picks in any Forum or other outlet please make sure there not from our Global Login page, that's all we ask.
D. When pre-developed "Ready to Go" reseller sites are purchased from Picks Network you must email us a notarized terms of service and identity confirmation form or must wait 90 days for domain name transfer into your godaddy account. This is to avoid Fraudeliant Transactions and/or Unscrupulous Purchasers from bogus charge backs after the domain name has been transferred.

Once you purchase service from Picksnetwork.com “All sales are final” we do not make any warranties or guaranties regarding reseller websites, the accuracy of our picks, information, or stats provided by this website.RESERVE THE RIGHT:
